Zoom - The link will be shared before workshop
This program will give an overview of what a family should do when their loved one turns 18. We will cover topics like DDD, guardianship, transition, college programs, and more and then discuss how to navigate each of these systems and many more. This presentation is provided by The Arc of New Jersey, with presenter Lisa Ford.
